Without fruity beer, there is no summer and no real assortment. We thought we’d add a kraft twist to our popular fruity beers, so we made a light, astringent sour beer base with plenty of raspberries added to it. The end result is a creamy, drinkable red decoction with pink foam, a bombastic raspberry scent and just enough sour to be a perfect thirst quencher with a raspberry flavor. It’s like a raspberry sour sugar grafted into a beer. Or a beer soured in sour sugar. This is our fruity beer.
