Anonymous is an extremely tasty and no less potent chilli sauce. The onion, garlic and sweet potato go well with the special fruity flavour of the orange habanero. You can toss it on roasts, sandwiches, gyros, burgers, pizzas and many other dishes. If you like spicy flavours, you'll love Anonymus!

Anonymous is an extremely versatile chilli sauce! There is almost no type of food that it cannot be used in. Orange habanero and Trinidad scorpion peppers with their fruity flavours are combined with tomatoes, lots of red onion and garlic, then thickened with sweet potato. We use sweet potatoes for thickening because we believe that Xanthomonas bacterial slime (Xanthan gum) has no place in Christmas chowder, and sweet potatoes not only add flavour to the Anonymus, but are also very healthy! Since half of the sauce is habanero chilli, it really brings out the tropical fruit and typical chilli flavour that is making more and more people indulge in chilli. The strength of the habanero is not even comparable to Hungarian peppers, we milked it with Trinidad scorpion (scorpion chilli 1.5-1.8 million SHU), so the Anonymus is a 200,000 Scoville worth sauce, which is a real Jolly Joker in the kitchen, because it goes great with Hungarian food, but can also be used for street food. If you like onions and garlic, this will be your favourite chilli sauce!
