The Janchili brand took physical form in 2016. In the years leading up to the founding, I was constantly researching and learning, which has been part of my everyday life ever since, to ensure that I can continue to offer my consumers reliable and high quality products. Chili is my passion, I dedicate every minute of my time to it and I approach every step of the process with the utmost humility, from planting the seeds to putting the finished sauce in your hands. I select the seeds with great care, scrape the seedlings with my own hands, water and harvest them, sort them and then develop unique recipes to create my sauces, pickles and grinds.
