The main ingredient of this ancient recipe is basil. Saclà basil is grown in Italy and carefully harvested to preserve the sensitivity of its leaves and its characteristic intense aroma. Pesto alla Genovese is made with the addition of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, pecorino and other ingredients carefully selected by our chefs. To enjoy it as much as possible, it is advisable to add a little salt to the cooking water and use some of it to dilute the seasoning.
