Natural Jalapeno chilli cream. Pleasantly spicy. Recommended for anything when you're in the mood for a gentle spicy taste. Soups, sandwiches, hamburgers, pizza, nacho chips, etc. Because it doesn't have a distinctive chilliy flavour, it's more suitable for anything like a Habanero or Moruga chilli. Jalapeno chilli description: a bright, smooth-textured pepper, 5-8 cm long. We usually know it in green form, but it will turn red if left to mature longer. SHU value: 2500-8000. Flavour: light, grassy, fresh-tasting pepper, still green. When red, it loses its brightness and the flavour we are used to, becoming more bitter - but also sweeter and stronger.
