The product, made with minimal ingredients - cooking oil and a pinch of salt - can be used in many ways: it is an excellent base for creams, dips, zakuska, or even on its own, spread on fresh bread. It is made with heat treatment, so it retains its freshness for a longer time.

Ingredients: eggplant, cooking oil, table salt, preservative (sodium benzoate).
