Delightfully two-faced: bitter but full of tropical citrus flavors. The intensity of the hops is delicately balanced by the biscuit maltiness.

Outstandingly silky sips and intense, nose-biting aromas characterize this American IPA. This beer is about duality and the new wave, as our choice of name shows: the Gentle Bastard IPA suggests that there is something soft and elegant in this beer, and that its hop is bad. Maris otter malt contributes to the full-bodied and very silky feel of the full, malty body, and the aromatic fruity aromas are provided by American hops (amarillo, columbus, simcoe, mosaic), which are also widely added during cold seasoning.
