A specialty is the double Indian Pale Ale beer flavored with Earl Gray tea and a little bergamot. Behind its semi-brown color, it is characterized by intense scents and a pleasant sip.
Double IPAs (DIPA, Imperial IPA, Double IPA) differ from the classic IPA type due to their higher dry matter content. It doesn’t necessarily have twice as much in it as one might infer from the naming, but much more so. This malt body results in higher alcohol, a slightly sweeter overtone, so the hops can be used more boldly to tilt the balance into place, giving you an even more intense taste and aroma experience.
