The combination of blueberries and mushrooms with classic baking spices creates a unique combination. The fruity and slightly sour taste of the blueberries perfectly complements the taste of the mushrooms. These two ingredients harmonise pleasantly. Via Naturalis pâtés can be used in many different ways. They can be spread on bread or toast and eaten immediately, or used to make a hot sandwich or cream of mushroom soup. You can add them to savoury pastry dough or fillings, or even flavour casseroles.
The Via Naturalis vegan pâté is made from veined mushrooms with vegetable ingredients, so it contains no animal ingredients.
They are made in the traditional way, with the care and attention of a careful housewife. In addition to the mushrooms, it is based on onions and cold-pressed sunflower oil. The quality of the ingredients and the natural flavour are important to them, so they source all ingredients fresh and avoid artificial ingredients such as flavour enhancers, colourings and preservatives.
Mushrooms are gluten-free and no such ingredients are added to the pâté. Laboratory tests confirm that the product is gluten-free, i.e. it contains less than 20 mg/kg gluten. Rich in dietary fibre and protein, guaranteed by the 50% of wild mushrooms. Unlike fresh produce, the pâté has a long shelf life while retaining most of its beneficial properties.
