Alpe Pragas 01 "Senga Sengana" strawberry jam - limited edition 220g

This limited edition strawberry jam is made exclusively from the famous Senga Sengana strawberry variety, carefully grown and selected by Alpe Pragas. The medium-early ripening, medium-sized, dark red fruits of this variety offer a rich, intense flavor. The strawberry variety bred by Reinhold von Sengbusch around 1950 is known for its particularly high aroma content and pleasant sweet and sour taste.

The jam contains 75% real Senga Sengana strawberries, to which only sugar, lemon juice and pectin obtained from natural apple derivatives are added, so that we can enjoy the most natural, pure fruit taste possible.

It is a perfect choice for toast, cakes, pancakes, yogurt or even as an accompaniment to cheese platters.
