This limited edition jam is a masterpiece of Alpe Pragas, highlighting the natural flavors of tropical fruits. The fruit preparation containing 60% mango and 15% passion fruit is made from carefully selected ingredients with the addition of a small amount of sugar and fresh lime puree to preserve the fresh and vibrant taste of the exotic fruits.
The sweetness of the silky mango is in perfect harmony with the slightly sour, intense aroma of the passion fruit, while the lime adds a touch of freshness to the composition. An excellent choice for toast, pancakes, yogurt, cakes or even as an accompaniment to cheese.
Ingredients: Mango (60%), sugar, passion fruit (15%), lime puree, pectin (from apple).
