Doisy & Dam's motto in producing their excellent chocolate is simple: chocolate makes everything better, so whoever makes better chocolate makes things even better. Capiche? With this in mind, the London-based company adopted two principles. Firstly: better raw materials, secondly: better and more transparent production and working conditions. No small thing in a time when most chocolate has more e-numbers than ingredients.
Better ingredients
That's why Doisy & Dam's vegan products are made with as few ingredients as possible - and nothing that grandma wouldn't recognize at first glance, i.e. natural ingredients. Anything ending in -oxide or -dextrin will not go in the bag. The same goes for palm oil and excessive amounts of sugar.
INGREDIENTS: Dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavor, emulsifier: soy lecithin), sugar, peanuts (hazelnut, sunflower oil), thickener: gum arabic; dyes: calcium sulfate, beetroot extract, anatto extract, curcumin, chlorophyll; tapioca dextrin, natural vanilla flavor, glazing agent: carnauba wax; dried glucose syrup.
(Cocoa: minimum 50%)
