The original Rabito Royale is filled with chocolate brandy ganache. Each fig is filled to the brim and then hand dipped in rich dark chocolate. No wonder they love them so much!
Another innovation is white chocolate Rabito. The figs are filled with a white chocolate strawberry ganache and then dipped in more white chocolate.
