The No.3 gin is based on a recipe from Berry Bros. & Rudd, London’s oldest wine and spirits trading company. Starring juniper, they make a drink that combines wholeness with the distinctive character of classic London Dry Gin. Six different plants in perfect balance with each other are used to make No.3. Italian juniper gives the gin an unmistakable taste reminiscent of pine and lavender, the Spanish sweet orange peel provides fresh, clean, crunchy citrus aromas, and the grapefruit peel provides an extra citrus layer. Angelica root gives this wonderful drink an earthy quality and dry effects, Moroccan coriander lemon, slightly pepper flavors and spicy, aromatic, warming aromas. The spirits used for gin are distilled in Schiedam, the Netherlands, in a family distillery that has been in operation for more than 300 years.
