Moët Impérial is the House's iconic champagne. Established in 1869, Moët & Chandon is characterized by its unique style, lively fruitiness, seductive taste and elegant maturity.
A fresh and classic champagne with an excellent balance of fruit and yeast character. A blend of 30-40% Pinot Noir, 30-40% Pinot Meunier and 20-30% Chardonnay, which contains 100 different base wines, of which 30% are reserve wines from previous vintages, to ensure consistency.
Its color is golden straw yellow with a slight greenish tint.
Its aroma is characterized by the vibrant intensity of green apple and fresh citrus. It owes its freshness to refined mineral notes and white flowers, with some notes of brioche, cereal and fresh nuts.
The wonderful taste of pears, peaches and apples in Ize with seductively caressing tiny bubbles.
The finish is the soft vivacity of citrus with a hint of gooseberry.
