Elegant, old rose shade and persistent perlage. Delicate aroma, with yeast buttons, more than 30 months of bottle aging and berry aromas typical of Pinot Noir. Succulent softness, the rich aroma reveals a multitude of fruits; notes of raspberry, wild strawberry and violet are accompanied by hints of brioche in the finish.
Vineyards on the slopes of the Trentino mountains, 300-600 meters above sea level, with southeast and southwest exposure. 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, hand harvested in the first half of September. More than 30 months on yeasts, selected from Ferrari's own yeast strain.
Alcohol 12.5%
