BLEND Indian Chai fiber black tea 100g
3 990 Ft
The word Chai simply means tea, but it has become synonymous worldwide with this delicately spiced Indian drink. It is a mixture of black tea, cloves, ginger pieces, coriander seeds and cinnamon. To make it traditionally, brew strong tea, add hot milk and sweeten with sugar or condensed milk.
Indian black tea, spices, cinnamon
AROMA: Balanced notes of cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
APPEARANCE: A mixture of broken black tea leaves (BOP) and spices. Intense deep red liqueur.
TASTE: On the surface it may seem like an overly rich and dense mixture, but in fact the flavors are transparent and crisp. The spices do not create a cacophony of flavors, but coexist harmoniously with each other. Black tea lends body and a slight astringent effect to the infusion, which perfectly facilitates the addition of milk and sugar during preparation.
PAIRING: Goes well with chocolate desserts (and milk chocolate), samosas, butter muffins and cinnamon rolls, but also offers risky combinations with semi-hard cheeses and cured meats.
PREPARATION
- 250 ml fresh water (filtered if necessary)
- water temperature 95 ̊ C
- infusion time, 3 minutes
- moderate caffeine
- can be consumed in the morning and in the afternoon
NOTES:
Chai conquered the world with its exotic and spicy aroma. There are hundreds of different recipes (sweet, spicy, etc.) and in every corner of any Indian city, you can find someone ready to offer you a delicious cup.
