Sun-dried Italian tomatoes in sunflower oil
Covered in white sheets, freshly harvested tomatoes dry out on a hot August day. Marinated in extra virgin olive oil are the stars of delicious appetizers and sandwiches. They also harmonize wonderfully with fresh and delicious cheese.
Tomatoes, ripe and dried in the sun, are an excellent ingredient. When put in oil, it is perfect even in winter and you can use it in countless ways. Dried tomatoes can also be an excellent pasta condition.
