RIMARTS 18 BRUT CAVA is an extremely high quality sparkling wine made in the heart of the masterpiece of the Rimarts winery, the Penedès region of Spain. This Cava is one of the company's top wines and consists exclusively of 100% hand-harvested Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada grape varieties. Following the traditional champagne production method, the secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, which allows the wine to become richer and more complex.
Rimarts18 Brut Cava matures in the bottle for at least 18 months, during which the taste world develops continuously. The intensely flavorful, dry champagne carries the flavors of ripe yellow fruits such as apples and pears. Among the flavors, you can also discover the characters of almond, linden blossom, discreet vanilla and toasted bread crust. The lively bubbles give the drink a fresh, clean feel, while the aftertaste is long-lasting and pleasantly dry.
