The 2023 Crudo Organic Prosecco DOC is a light yellow Italian sparkling wine with a fresh and fruity aroma, floral, citrus, apple and pear notes. Dry, fresh and fruity taste, with aromatic floral and citrus fresh fruits, clean mineral aftertaste.

Production and aging: Crudo Prosecco is made according to the Charmat method, during which the wine gets bubbles by fermenting sugar and cultured yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (up to 20°C). The wine is then stored for 18-24 months before bottling.
