The wine style is fresh, fruity, sparkling
After the grapes are pressed, the juice is separated from the skins and the must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 20°C. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 1 month in a stainless steel tank. The 2nd fermentation takes place according to the Charmat method: slow refermentation in stainless steel tanks under pressure at 12-14°C, with short maturation on the lees to preserve the fruitiness.
