About the product: it's made according to a real recipe from Transylvania: eggplants from our garden are roasted in the traditional way on an iron plate over an open fire, then crushed and mixed with a little salt and oil. Roasting over an open fire gives it a pleasant smoky flavour. This is a basic recipe, you can add onions, garlic or even mayonnaise to taste before eating.

" The love of the land and nature has defined our lives since childhood. It is no coincidence that we both have a degree in horticulture. After winning the Young Farmers competition, we moved from Budapest to a farm, where we finally managed to start our own family business. In addition to improving the quality of our lives - you do what you love - we started growing vegetables without chemicals. We now grow the seedlings ourselves, so we can say that we grow from seed to seed.
Farming is done on one hectare. Our aim is to produce good tasting, high nutrient, healthy produce from our farm. We do not use any additives or preservatives in the production of the finished product."
