Fermented ginger drink. The making of Fentiman’s ginger drink begins with the fermentation of the finest Chinese ginger root, followed by the traditional process with the addition of natural ingredients.

Thomas Fentiman received a prescription for a ginger beer in 1905 for a non-refundable loan. He later founded the company: he became the first door-to-door gingerbread maker, but went bankrupt in the 1960s due to the rise of supermarkets. Eldon Robson, the grandson of the founder, revived the brand in 1988. Originally, Fentimans ’plant-based soft drinks were shipped and sold door-to-door in stone containers while the beverages continued to ferment. Thanks to Thomas Fentiman’s great-grandfather, the drinks were later pasteurized and bottled so they could retain their refreshing freshness for longer.
Storage: Store in a dark, dry, cool place.
