A unique tonic for the sophisticated spirit drinker. With the addition of herbs, flowers and fruits from Provence and Sicily. The tonic has a delicate floral flavour that is the perfect complement to a smooth vodka or clear gin. Or it's great on its own.
In 2004, Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow started making tonics from natural and fresh ingredients, with the main focus on creating premium natural drinks without artificial preservatives and sweeteners! Thus, by 2005, they created Fever-Tree Premium Tonic. The brand name is derived from the popular name of the Chincona tree (fever tree), the bark of which is used to extract the high quality quinine that is the main ingredient in tonics. The quinine used in tonics comes from plantations in eastern Congo, where the purest quinine is found, but the country is so dangerous that Fever-Tree is the only beverage company to source it from there. Fever-Tree drinks are high in carbonation, with small elegant bubbles for a silkier taste! The sweetener used in all cases is cane sugar.
