At the heart of the flavor world is lemongrass distillate, the same as that used in gin, so their flavor harmony fits perfectly with each other.
The soul of the drink is natural quinine from the Loja province (Ecuador), whose historical healing powers date back centuries – Louis XIV and Charles II were treated with it, among others. The tonic also unfolds delicate lemon and grapefruit aromas, as well as light rosemary notes, which together create a sophisticated yet refreshing flavor profile.
The crystal-clear water is obtained from its own spring and then demineralized using reverse osmosis, so that the flavors can clearly emerge. The bottling process, cooled to 2°C, ensures an extremely fine, strong and long-lasting effervescence, which gives the drink its true freshness.
All this is enclosed in a special, Art Nouveau-style, square glass bottle, which is not only elegant but also technically state-of-the-art – a unique solution in the world of carbonated drinks.
