From Pinot Noir paradise Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims. Made exclusively from own grapes, (rare in Champagne), pressed only once, from just Gran Cru vineyards. Pinot Noir (80%), Chardonnay (20%), with no malolactic fermentation to ensure Bara’s uber crispy style. Pure, mineral and elegant with fine bubbles, spicy and floral touches, rich layered fruit from citrus to stone fruit and red berries. Wine Advocate: 91 points.
