Gran Cacao is a blend of delicious cocoa from Central America. Its balanced acidity, fusion and aroma make it a great chocolate, a favorite of the most demanding gourmets. Slitti GranCacao is a 100% pure cocoa mass from a Central American cocoa bean blend. Chocolate with an intense and bitter taste but no pungent taste; at the end a slight aftertaste of acidity appears. Pure chocolate for true lovers, elegant and convincing. Does not contain soya lecithin.

Andrea Slitti is one of the most important craft chocolate makers in the world today. His craftsmanship and artistic sense led him to win all the most prestigious international chocolate competitions, creating a list of enviable gold medals.
