Tavoletta Latte Nocciole 35% milk chocolate with "Tonda Gentile Trilobata" hazelnuts.
Instead of chocolate hazelnut paste, it is a combination of the creamy part of cocoa and the crispy part of hazelnuts. It goes very well with a fresh and just as sweet wine. Tonda Gentile Trilobata grows in the hills of the Langhe in Piedmont. Its characteristics that distinguish it from other hazelnuts are its rounded shape and thin skin, very fine toasted taste and long shelf life.
