Ingredients: black pepper, juniper berries, pink pepper, cardamom
Everyone who drinks gin and tonic probably knows that it owes its taste to juniper berries. Gin is actually a burnt spirit made from neutral-tasting alcohol distillate, which is flavored with common juniper cones or its extract, so juniper dominates its taste.
In our classic gin spice mix, the juniper berry naturally found its place, but green cardamom, which belongs to the ginger family, the juniper-like rose pepper (which is not actually a pepper and does not sting) and black pepper were also included.
Before use, crush the spices in a mortar, put them in the glass, and then pour over the gin and tonic. If small pieces of spice bother you, drink your drink with a straw!
