Coriander is one of the oldest and most popular spices. The seed - which contains valuable trace elements - is lightly roasted before grinding to extract the aromas. Pödör ground coriander has a nutty aroma, a slightly spicy, sweet-spicy taste reminiscent of oranges and cinnamon. It goes well with roasts, meat and ham marinades, and making homemade pickles, but nothing proves its versatile use better than the fact that we can also make cakes, liqueurs and beer with it.
