Tihany is the only historical vineyard in Lake Balaton where only red wine can be produced. The number one species of the volcanic peninsula is the blue franc. Our areas are located on the crater walls around the Outer and Inner Lakes. The special microclimate and the volcanic soil give our MAGMA blue franc selection the uniqueness of its production site.

The production of wine is characterized by chemically cultivated grapes, organic farming, crop restriction (78 q / 1 ha), carefully performed manual harvesting, manual berry picking and gentle grape processing.

Only natural and vegan ingredients were used in the production of the wine.

Winelovers finished in 2018 as the best Bordeaux blend of 100 wine selections. At the time of the review, they wrote about it: the scent of Christmas spices (cardamom, cloves) and ripe blackberries; the raisin is chocolate with raisins, while its finish is characterized by cedar-smoky associations reminiscent of a cigar box, complemented by a very unique musky character. Badacsony's flagship grape variety is handled with special care, with severe yield restrictions, several harvest dates and rapid processing. It is fermented spontaneously in barrels and tanks and then matured for 8 months. Neutrality, minerality, wild flowers and freshly macerated aromas of basalt stones characterise this wine. It is an unforgettable experience with Balaton fogas, but it is also ideal with cabbage dishes, roast pork and aged cheeses.

Kéknyelű is a Hungarian grape variety grown only in Badacsony and the Balaton highlands. Before the phylloxera blight, it was popular and expensive. The wine is pale in color and has a restrained aroma, mainly reminiscent of white-fleshed fruits, citrus, sometimes flowers and green spices.

In 2022, the product won the Balaton Upland National Park Product Trademark again.

A very special New World Chardonnay from the winery of the famous film director Francis Ford Coppola from California. An oily, full-bodied vanilla and tropical fruit wine that is very different from what we are used to and really impresses us.

Beautiful aroma, with red and black berries, cherries and blackberries, with spices. Big body, elegant tannin structure, soft and silky, alcohol seems high, but sinks in nicely. Very good proportions, lots of fruit, mint, eucalyptus.

When making the wines of the Single Block series, the aim is to display and harmonize fruitiness and terroir together. Tucked between the winery and the coast, organic block vineyards create an expressive Sauvignon Blanc with heady notes of guava, pink grapefruit, green herbs and passion fruit. The Black Label Sauvignon Blanc New Zealand wine has been produced by the winery since 2005, a batch endowed with perfumed, crisp characteristics, which at the same time has a complex and deep taste.

It is harvested by hand at the end of August from 15-25 year old plantations with a yield of 2.3 kg per capital. Intense ruby ​​red color, dominated by black cherry, plum, spicy notes.

Its color is pale yellow with a greenish reflex. In its aroma, flint and delicate cloves dress up the varietal characteristics of Chardonnay. The sip is full, long, with pleasant acidity. The barrel is nicely integrated. On the palate, the vanilla starts off restrained, then, in addition to the wealth of minerals, spicy aromas dominate. A long-lasting, full-flavoured wine.

The fruit of the monopoly vineyard of Bati-Kreszt provides the backbone of the wine, Sagrantino and Cabernet Franc, and a little Kékfrankos was also mixed with it. The grape varieties were processed separately, and after pressing, they were aged in barrels of various sizes for approximately 2 years. The end result is an incredibly layered wine with great aging potential. Aromas of ripe blackberry, spices, the sip is silky, with ripe fruits, vanilla, long finish.

Almost a third is from Kékfranken, alongside syrah, cabernet franc, merlot and pinot noir, aged for 17 months in Kalina and Kádár barrels.
