The 2023 Olaszrizling from Skrabski Winery is a beautiful expression of the Balaton Uplands’ terroir and the purity of certified organic viticulture. Sourced from the Les-hegy vineyard – often called the “Sahara of Lake Balaton” for its arid climate – this dry white wine opens with subtle aromas before revealing juicy pear notes and refined almond undertones. It offers firm acidity, a rounded mouthfeel, and a long, elegant finish. With a histamine content as low as 0.027 mg/L, it’s a thoughtful choice for those sensitive to histamines.
