The Black Label Sauvignon Blanc New Zealand wine has been produced by the winery since 2005, a batch endowed with perfumed, crisp characteristics, which at the same time has a complex and deep taste.
During the fermentation, wild yeast fermentation was also used (12%) and malic acid was also broken down in 8%, which gives the wine even more complex aromas.
Papaya, guava, passion fruit appear on the nose, with grapefruit and a little green musky grass. Its taste is characterized by exotic fruitiness with gooseberry, mango, peach, and a round body. An expressive and powerful wine with a hint of jalapeno aroma and a lingering spiciness on the finish. It is an ideal accompaniment to seafood and light chicken roasts.
