Sparkling wine comes in an explosive form, with dynamic bubbles, now in its eighth vintage. At the beginning, crunchy cantaloupe, fresh grapefruit and then peach burst higher and higher in the aroma, evoking an experiential fruit cavalcade. In the sip, it is really creamy and juicy, accompanied by refreshing green apple and pear, supplemented with citrus, extending the moment for a long time. An invigorating, lasting experience in every moment.

We experienced the driest and hottest summer of the last 100 years, which had a negative effect on all grape varieties: slow growth, rapid increase in sugar content, water-deficient and gelatinous berries. All of this called for an earlier-than-average harvesting of our dry ingredients, which we started on August 24th with the collection of zeta and ended on September 8th with the furmint harvest. Despite the circumstances, the harvest was better than expected, with clean, juicy fruit, so the HOLD and HOLLO UPPP sparkling wine could also be produced in 2022.
