Premium wine. After more than two years of aging in oak barrels, La Serena Brunello is bottled, followed by a long bottle maturation before being placed on the market. It is excellent as a companion to La Serena Brunello game, grilled and matured cheeses.
50-60 glazes (80 glazes / ha is the maximum allowed under the wine law) The owner "Andrea Mantengoli" allows the yield per hectare on the estate's Brunello-classified plantations, so they can produce a very concentrated wine with an incredibly rich taste and aroma. If possible, decant for 4-6 hours before consumption.
