Organic, chemically cultivated grapes with very high yield restrictions (50 q / 1 ha), manual harvesting and manual berry picking in phenolic ripeness. Only natural and vegan ingredients were used during processing. Controlled fermentation was followed by a 9-day digestion, followed by direct pressing. the wine is deep, ruby red in color, after sniffing into the glass, the bouquet opens and emits a sophisticated but bomb-smelling scent.
In addition to the ripe fruitiness, the pleasantly astringent taste of blackberries, blueberries, plum jam and wild strawberries dominates, but we also feel the spiciness from the barrel, which mixes with a little vanilla and the aromas of blackberries, chocolate and coffee.
The wine is characterized by its varietal character, diverse, high extract content, tight structure, nice barrel, well-integrated acidity, nice texture, intense aroma and nicely rounded tannin structure.
Fiery young but full-bodied, serious, balanced, elegant wine with a long aftertaste and some New World touch.
The structure of the wine allows for several years of aging.
It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature of 15-16 'C with red meat dishes or for "lovers" of cabernet franc.
