Aged for 12 months in small oak casks. Intense ruby red colour. Plum and chocolate on the nose, ripe fruitiness on the palate, velvety tannins, nice balance.
Made from 100% Barbera grapes from the Piemonte region. Dry, red wine.
Excellent with roasts, grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses and risotto with mushrooms. Serve at 18 0C.
