Vicente Gandía El Miracle Art Tinto 2020 is an elegant and modern, premium quality dry red wine from the wine region of Alicante. Vicente Gandía El Miracle Art Tinto 2020 is not just a wine, but the meeting of art and winemaking. The specialty of the premium lot from the Alicante wine region is that the labels are inspired by works painted on barrels dreamed up by renowned artists of the Valencian Community. Each bottle offers a unique artistic experience, while the harmonious blending and careful preparation of the five grape varieties (Monastrell, Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Merlot, Tempranillo) affects the senses.
The wine was made by maceration on skins for 15 days, then after alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation at 28°C, it was purified by natural sedimentation for three months. Aging took place in French oak barrels from the Allier region for 10 months, which gave the wine depth and complexity.
The aroma of the wine is dominated by ripe red and black fruits, delicately balanced with roasted, vanilla and spicy notes from the oak barrel. Its color is deep cherry red with violet hues. The taste features soft and elegant tannins, which are made truly memorable by the modern and sophisticated aroma profile. Its long-lasting, rich aftertaste makes it an ideal choice for red meats, game meats and aged cheeses.
