Rosabrook Shiraz Margaret River 2020 is the result of a perfect vintage in which Margaret River's classic weather created excellent ripening conditions. The wine is made from 100% Shiraz grapes from plantations with gravelly soil in the northern part of the region, which provide a rich flavor and intense fruity notes.

The wine was fermented on its skins for nine days and then continued aging in oak barrels. Aging in 20% new oak for 12 months imparted subtle spicy and oaky notes while retaining the Shiraz's natural fruitiness. The result is a medium-bodied wine full of lively, spicy fruit, which is made really special by medium tannins and well-balanced acids. This wine can be an ideal accompaniment to grilled meats, dishes made with rich sauces, or it can be a great choice on its own for a special moment.
