The 2022 Mar de Frades Albariño is a bright, pale lemon yellow Spanish wine with sparkling lime reflections that tempt you to explore the wine. Its aroma is fresh and intense, with tropical fruits (mango and passion fruit), while notes of wild flowers, eucalyptus and mint are also present. A wine that is refreshing on the palate, but at the same time smooth and tasty, radiating light from its salty and mineral character.

Mar de Frades Albariño is a wine that captivates with its freshness and body, balancing fine elegance with attractive volume. Harmonizes with soupy fish rice dishes, vegetable or seafood paellas, scallop salad or marinated fish.
The Albariño grapes were carefully harvested by hand in crates. Upon arrival at the winery, the bunches were manually sorted, during which the best grapes were sorted for further processing. The grapes were macerated using the Ganímede method in order to extract all the aroma potential from the grapes. Aging took place in stainless steel tanks kept on the lees to ensure the wine's longevity and volume.
