Protos Verdejo 2023 is a young, fresh white wine from the Rueda wine region and produced by the Bodegas Protos winery. The wine is made exclusively from the fruit of vineyards older than 15 years, which ensures excellent quality and a unique taste.
After the grape harvest, the grapes were carefully macerated and then fermented in steel tanks. After that, Protos Verdejo 2023 was aged for a short time on its lees for a richer flavor profile. After the wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled, the final product is an easy-to-drink, crisp white wine with outstandingly fresh flavors and pleasant acidity.
The alcohol content is 13%, and Protos Verdejo, available in a 75 cl bottle, is an ideal choice as an aperitif or with fresh salads, fish and seafood. Perfect for gatherings with friends and summer evenings!
