From the very beginning, the winery has been known for its innovative approach and respect for tradition. From an initial 2 hectares, the vineyard has grown to 54 hectares, and the vineyards are cultivated in two wine regions, with the Etyek trio of sauvignon blanc, chardonnay and pinot noir, and the dominant grape variety in the Sopron area being kékfrankos. They strive to reduce their environmental footprint and therefore choose sustainable solutions in as many areas as possible. Their modern winery, inaugurated in 2013, is partly underground. This design allows gravity to be harnessed in many steps of the winemaking process. It also provides natural insulation, which allows them to reduce their energy consumption. Solar panels have been installed on several of the winery's buildings, covering a third of their annual energy needs. They choose the lightest possible bottles to reduce the environmental impact of transport.
