Its color is pale yellow with a greenish reflex. In its aroma, flint and delicate cloves dress up the varietal characteristics of Chardonnay. The sip is full, long, with pleasant acidity. The barrel is nicely integrated. On the palate, the vanilla starts off restrained, then, in addition to the wealth of minerals, spicy aromas dominate. A long-lasting, full-flavoured wine.
The richly mineral wine of the Birsalmás vineyard is organically made from grapes, harvested and sorted by hand. After soaking in the husk for a few hours, it is gently pressed, fermented and matured in barrels, and then matured there for 6 months. The end result is an almond, buttery and rich taste, with pleasant woody notes in the scent, which is further enhanced by an elegant and at the same time intense mineral, salty background.
