Due to the timeless things made from valuable raw materials and the proven old methods, the wine finally became Analog. It returned for the second vintage with more mature flavors than the early fresh wines, in the dynamic style typical of the cellar. In addition to Tramini and Sauvignon Blanc, an Italian Riesling with an explosive taste is now included in the blend.
After hand-harvesting and pressing, next to the fermenting must, a few crates of intact and healthy bunches were added to the refrigerated container. Fermentation was followed by 8 months of aging on fine lees. Finally, it was bottled without filtration, clarification and with little added sulphur.

Florian Zaruba took over the management of Kristinus Birtok in 2015, which marked the beginning of a transformation that rewrote everything. After a few years of preparation, in 2018 they started the transition in the entire area of the estate, 62 hectares of vineyards and 30 hectares of pasture and orchards, and in 2022 they received the much-desired Demeter trademark, so they are also certified as the largest biodynamic vineyard in Hungary.
