The flagship wine of the estate is made from 100% primitivo grapes in the Mandurian wine region, more specifically from the plantations on the outskirts of the town of Sava. DOP-rated, premium top wine. Tasted blackberries, cocoa, vanilla, almonds and carob. It has a perfect balance with a large body, velvety tannins and a nice acid structure. It is characterized by an amazingly long aftertaste.

It was aged for 20 months in 5,000-liter large oak barrels and an additional 3 months in bottles before being placed on the market. Ruby is red in color, has an intense fruit aroma and elegance.
