A big favourite, not just because of the name. The colour of Fox Rosé is reminiscent of the shade of the four-legged fur of the fox that prowls the woods of Bethlehem.
Light and bone-dry in alcohol, it is still a light, viscous wine when full-bodied, suggesting a serious extra. Give it time to develop in your glass: you'll feel what a cunning Fox this is! A little smokiness and gunpowder greets you, then reveals ripe strawberries, rhubarb and juicy peaches. Very lively on the palate too. With warmer, riper aromas and a creamy texture, its lovely and vibrant acidity creates an impeccable balance. The spicy sweetness makes the palate really exciting with a long, salty-savoury finish.
A rosé for the "non-rosé enthusiast", it is equally at home on its own or with grilled chicken, summer salads and soft cheeses with white cheese. Spontaneously fermented, aged on fine lees for five months, untreated and minimally filtered-fermented natural wine. Organic.
